403(b) or 401(k)? Which plan makes the most sense for your organization?

One of the most important decisions you can make as a Plan Sponsor is regarding the type of plan you implement and provide to your employees. Consider that:

  • Some plan types are more restrictive to you as plan sponsor
  • Some are more expensive to administer but provide no more benefit
  • Some provide better benefits to certain people
